Our right angle speed reducers provide right angle gear solutions with maximum speed reduction in a small package. They offer low cost, high ratios, and high output torque. All of opur speed reducers can be easily customized for your needs.

Right Angle Speed Reducer, Bronze Gears

  • Gears: Bronze worm gear precision-hobbed, provides three times the torque capacity
  • Compression-molded glass-fill polyester gear box
  • Sintered Bronze Bushings: Input and output shafts are supported by sintered bronze bushings sealed to retain lubrication and keep out dirt
  • Input Shaft: 1/2" O.D. ground and polished steel, supported on shielded precision ball bearings
  • Hollow Output Shaft (SW-5H): 3/4" I.D. x 1-1/4" O.D ground and polished steel
  • Solid output shaft (SW-5S): 5/8" OD ground and polished steel
  • Input and output shafts have anti-friction thrust bearings
  • Weight: 6 pounds, 5 ounces. Weight may vary according to ratio
  • Ratios Available: from 5:1 to 100:1
  • Mounting: SW-5 right angle speed reducer features mounting feet may be positioned at any one of eight locations. Additional mounting position options are available here.
