Advantages of molded nylon Roller Chain Sprockets:

lightweight, more quiet than steel, non-corrosive and can run without lubrication.

  • The S25 series is a molded, glass-reinforced nylon sprocket that is lightweight, durable, and economical.
  • Select from 9 to 48 tooth, 1/4" pitch single sprocket with B Hub configuration.
  • The Sprockets are molded with three standard bore sizes, 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" with a single shaft locking setscrew. Non-standard bores are available upon request.
  • Options:  The sprockets can be molded with D-bore, keyway, or non-standard bore size. Instead of a setscrew, a cross hole drilled in the hub for dowel pin.
  • For greater strength, aluminum hubs are available for S-2516 sprocket and larger. With an aluminum hub, single, double, or triple sprockets are available.
  • Made In USA
